上班族必學!6招超有感情緒紓壓方法,不用花大錢就能翻轉壓力

上班總有做不完的事、開不完的會,下班還得繼續熬夜趕進度,沉重的工作壓力是否讓你覺得快喘不過氣呢?不想要被壓力拖垮,一定要懂得適當的排解壓力及負面情緒,避免長期處在高壓的狀態,不僅會使工作效率變差,嚴重還會影響身心健康。這次就要來分享六招簡易的紓壓方法,不需要花大錢就能做到,趕快學起來!

 

1.接近大自然透透氣

每天忙於工作,身心靈處在高壓的狀態,不妨趁著休假時,暫時把工作煩惱拋一邊,遠離塵囂,安排到戶外去走走吧!像是去爬山、海邊走走,藉由接近大自然,能讓心靈獲得平靜,絕對會比窩在家裡追劇、補眠更有充電的作用!

 

2.充足睡眠

睡眠不足容易使身體疲倦、抵抗力變差,相反的,充足的睡眠可使心情穩定,增加應付事情的能力。午飯後⼈的精神會有疲倦期,這時候不妨小憩片刻,幫助護⼼養神,也能提高下午工作的專注力及效率。

 

3.聆聽音樂

⾳樂具撫慰⼼靈的⼒量,可以帶領走向放鬆的領域,擁有療癒的能⼒,當你感到⼼煩氣燥、被⼯作壓得喘不過氣時,不妨先放下手邊的工作,找個舒適的空間,讓⾃⼰沉浸在⾳樂的世界裡,紓解壓力、調劑身心。或是抽個幾小時,看喜劇或觀賞娛節目,讓自己放鬆開懷大笑,好好放鬆享受⼀下吧!

 

4.補充維他命

維他命B群、維他命C、E、礦物質中的鈣、鎂都有助於對抗壓力,常見的紓壓食物如牛奶、豆腐、香蕉、藍莓、腰果等都是不錯的選擇。而吃了會讓人更焦慮的「升壓」食物,如高油、高甜、高鹽類則少碰為妙,如果愛吃甜食、有吸煙習慣者或咖啡因過量的人,更要注意這些維他命的攝取,以平衡身心壓力。

 

5.養成運動習慣

適度的運動不僅能維持身體健康,還能刺激「腦內啡」分泌,使心情變得愉快,幫助情緒穩定。建議一星期至少運動二次,時間超過三十分鐘,像是游泳、慢跑、跳舞都是不錯的選擇,若真的沒時間的話,平常也可以多走路、做些伸展運動,幫助放鬆緊繃的肌肉,特別要注意的是,不需要求好心切免強自己做高強度運動,反而會造成身心壓力,失去運動的樂趣。

 

6.泡澡按摩

壓力會造成全身肌肉神經緊繃,特別是整天坐在辦公室盯電腦的OL,容易有肩頸痠痛、下半身水腫的困擾,工作時別忘了適時地站起來伸展拉筋,或是按摩下肢,週末則可以泡澡按摩放鬆,雙管⿑下讓⾝體和⼼靈真正達到紓壓。
