有人說飯前吃水果會導致胃潰瘍,飯後吃水果會致癌,水果挑錯時間吃真的會導致這麼嚴重的後果嗎?到底什麼時間吃才叫「正確時間」呢?其實不管哪個時間吃水果都有利有弊,就讓營養師為你一一解惑!

飯前吃水果 增加飽足感、助鐵吸收
正在控制體重,想要慢慢養成小鳥胃的人,不妨把水果放在飯前吃,增加飽足感,進而達到控制正餐攝取量的功效。
除此之外,在飯前或飯間吃水果,可以讓維生素C更好吸收,維生素C除了可以促進膠原蛋白增生、抗氧化,維持肌膚水潤彈性,還可幫助植物性鐵質吸收,如果有缺鐵問題不妨試試在飯前吃水果。
不過要注意,消化功能較弱、容易胃食道逆流等腸胃較敏感者,建議不要空腹吃水果,以免刺激胃酸過度分泌,反而加重不適症狀。

飯後吃水果 助消化
不少人習慣吃完正餐後來一盤新鮮水果並非沒有道理,像是木瓜、鳳梨等水果富含消化酵素,可以幫助消化吸收,避免消化不良、脹氣、不舒服。如果剛好吃了不少大魚大肉,不論是飯後吃或是入菜,都可以解油膩又助消化。

 

 

不論先吃後吃 都要記得蔬果5、7、9
其實,水果不論選在飯前吃或飯後吃都有其好處,不過比起時間點,一天是否吃到足夠的水果更重要,可獲得適當膳食纖維以及保健食品也無法取代的維生素、礦物質以及植化素。至於要吃幾份才算足夠?你在電視廣告上聽到的台詞「蔬果579」就是解答!只要按照這個分量食用,不論大人小孩每日都能補充足夠蔬果,維持營養均衡。

【健康成年女性】每天7份=蔬菜4份+水果3份
【健康成年男性】每天9份=蔬菜5份+水果4份
